Heatherglen Lodge is a charming two-storey, NITB 4 Star, holiday home that has been recently refurbished and offers guests all the comforts of home in a central location just 3 miles from Enniskillen.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms in total and downstairs accommodation is very spacious with a large kitchen and dining room. Outside there is ample parking and an enclosed area which is safely fenced for either children or small dogs.

Bedroom No 1 – two x double beds
Bedroom No 2 – two x single beds
Bedroom No 3 – one x single bed

Bedrooms 1 & 2 can be changed to suit individual needs and there is also a large bathroom with a separate shower upstairs.

Downstairs accommodation is very spacious with a large kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, newly fitted units with stainless steel oven, grill & hob and microwave. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen and separate utility room with washing machine, iron & ironing board. There is a snug off the kitchen that gets flooded with the evening sun & is a very relaxing place to sit and read.

There is a large sitting room with TV & DVD player and a family room equipped with a PS2 and a good selection of games. There are also a number of family DVD’s & videos. There is a further WC downstairs.

Bedding & towels are provided at no extra cost and a grocery pack can be ordered in advance. The house is well equipped with a good selection of books games and toys that makes it an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday.

Outside there is ample parking and an enclosed area which is safely fenced for either children or small dogs. Dogs are welcome but not in the house and a kennel is provided outside. There is a sunny patio area with a table & chairs and gas BBQ & utensils.

Located close by is stabling for up to 3 horses and an all weather arena with flood lighting. This can be booked at additional cost and if required a permit obtained for off road riding around the beautiful forestry trails in Florencecourt with its spectacular views over the surrounding countryside and at Ely Lodge and Castle Archdale.

The house is just 3 miles from Enniskillen and is ideally situated to explore Fermanagh and the surrounding area. There are a large number of excellent restaurants in the area that a well worth a visit. The house is within walking distance of the Devenish island ferry that runs daily throughout the summer.
