Get inspired for Christmas with our annual Christmas cookery demonstration in Belle Isle Castle, with the Lough Erne Resort’s Executive Head Chef Noel McMeel.
The demonstration will take place on Tuesday 4th December at 7.30pm.
A familiar face in Northern Ireland’s culinary scene, Noel has worked alongside many world-class chefs. He has had regular television appearances in the Great British Menu, BBC 2 series Food Poker, and is a regular contributor to RTE’s Afternoon Show. Noel is a true ambassador for local produce, and has dedicated his entire career to one very simple goal: finding, preparing and serving fresh food in season. For Noel, what we eat has to delight the taste buds, ensnare the senses and nourish body and soul. Allow Noel to inspire the senses at this Christmas cookery event which will take place in the Grand Hall, where you will be greeted with a glass of mulled wine, receive a copy of the recipes and have an opportunity to taste all of the delicious festive treats
